Public Health & Safety, Inc. does not offer refunds for Training Equipment
If we receive your cancelation 2 working days prior to the course start date, the course fee less a $50 non-refundable processing fee will be issued. Cancellation may be made by phone but must be confirmed in writing. Fees may be transfered to another participant without penalty, providing notification is received at least one working day prior to the course start date. If no prior notification is made, a $50 fee will be assessed for each transfer.
** Absolutely no refunds will be issued once class has started. Trainee is responsible for assuring prompt payment is made for class.
**Any student who fails to complete the required number of hours and needs to make-up time will be assessed a fee of $50.00 for each 4 hour segment.
** For abatement courses - under no circumstances will a student be allowed to make-up more than 8 hours.
** For our RRP courses being more then 15 minutes late will result in the student immediately rescheduled to a later course and mandatory rescheduling fee of $50 applies.
Students are responsible for their own transportation and parking. Students choosing to park at 1640 W. Jackson lot will receive ticket validation.
